If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery time with clear photos of both the item and the packaging. I will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it on a case-by-case basis. This may include methods like guiding you through repair instructions or filing a shipping claim. Every order includes shipping insurance so your purchase is always protected.
